TGK Construction has been in business for over 40 years having been set up in 1976 by proud owner Tom Kelly. We view each project as a partnership with our client and believe health and safety is of paramount importance.
We pride ourselves in our workforce and we like to think of our company in terms of one large family. We are also very proud of the reputation we have built and the rapport with our clients over the years.

Site: Backford Cross, Ellesmere Port
Works: Roads & sewers, groundworks and finishing’s to 100 houses. This job includes S278 works, balancing pond and pumping stations. This site is currently ongoing
Contract Sum: £3.5million
Site: Castle Brook Care Home, Common Lane, Kenilworth
Works: All groundworks, roads and sewers associated with the 84 bed care home. The contract was delivered within programme and budget.
Contract Sum: £1 million
Site: Bretby Farm, Swadlincote, Woodville
Works: Roads & sewers, groundworks and finishing’s to 45 houses. This site is currently ongoing.
Contract Sum: £1.5 million
Site: Middlewich Road, Sandbach
Works: Roads & sewers, groundworks and finishing’s to 154 houses. This was a complex job involving a lot of deep sewers and running sand but as this is something we as a company specialise in, it was second nature to us. The contract was delivered within programme and budget.
Contract Sum: Phase 1 £2.5 million Phase 2 £4 million
Site: Telford Town Centre, Northern Quarter
Works: Excavation, Groundworks, Retaining Walls, Concrete Works, Paving & Drainage for Telford Northern Quarter.
Contract Sum: £2 million
Site: Stourport Road, Kidderminster
Works: Roads & sewers and groundworks to 56 houses. The contract was delivered within programme and budget.
Contract Sum: £1.2 million
